    CSV import and export

    Last updated [DATE]

You can import prompts from a CSV or a pasted list, and export your data as five CSV files. Both are described on this page, with their columns, limits and the messages you may see. Exports follow your filters and count active prompts only.

How to: Import prompts from a CSV · Export data as CSV · CSV import errors

    Import prompts

    • Format. A column named "prompt", or the first column if none is named. One prompt per row.
    • Limits. Up to 200 rows and 100 KB per import. Each prompt up to 500 characters.
    • After import. New prompts are collected on the next run.

    What you see per line

    • Will be added
    • Will be reactivated (the prompt exists but is paused)
    • Already tracked
    • Duplicate in this list
    • Empty line
    • Over 500 characters
    • Over the prompt limit (20 active prompts per project)

    File errors

Over 100 KB · not a CSV · over 200 rows · nothing to import · too many imports in a short time.

    Export

Owners and editors of the project can export. Viewers and the demo project cannot: a viewer sees "Only owners and editors can export CSV files." Each file follows the date range, engines and tags on the page. Limits: 30 exports per 10 minutes and up to 20,000 rows.
