    Reports and white label

    Last updated [DATE]

A report is an export of a project's results that carries a logo: your agency's or your client's. That is what white label means here: the report presents your brand, not Aivting's. Reports follow your current filters.

How to: Export a report with your logo

    What a report contains

A report is titled "AI visibility report" with the brand name. It holds, in this order:

    1. Header. Your logo, or the project name if there is no logo, the date range (UTC), the engines, any tag filter and, if you compare periods, the compare period.
    2. Headline figures. Visibility, share of voice, average position and, where available, sentiment, each with its n. With a compare period, each figure shows its change.
    3. Summary table. Each tracked brand with its visibility and how many answers name it.
    4. Chart. The metric you had selected, one point per day, with the chart notes for the period listed under it.
    5. Prompts. Every active prompt with its visibility and average position, highest visibility first.
    6. Top opportunities. Pages cited in answers that name a competitor but not your brand.
    7. Listicles without your brand. List-style pages cited in answers that do not name your brand.
    8. Footer. The date the report was generated, the definition of visibility and a note that totals count active prompts only.

Chart notes appear in the report. They do not appear on share links.

Upload a logo for the project. The report uses it in place of an Aivting mark. Use an image you have the right to use.

    Chart notes

A chart note is a short text, up to 280 characters, pinned to one day on the chart, for example "Moved the comparison pages to new URLs". Use notes to remember what changed when a number moved, so you can read a change next to its likely cause. A note does not prove the cause.

    • Who writes them. Owners and editors add, edit and delete notes. Viewers read them. A project holds up to 1,000 notes.
    • How to add one. Click a day in the date strip under the chart, right-click a day in the chart, or use the keyboard. See Add a note to the chart.
    • Where they show. On the dashboard and in the report. Not on share links.
    • Plain text only. Anything you type is shown as text, never as formatting.

The demo project has two example notes. They are invented, like the rest of the demo.

    Reports and filters

A report shows what the page shows: the same date range, engines, tags and, if you use it, the compare period. Set the filters first, then export. Every rate keeps its n.

    Reports are not guarantees

A report describes answers collected for your prompts. It does not promise a result from any engine.
